Faulty Sapphire r9 270 Graphics card GPU Artefacting

Fans work, boots into bios, but cannot boot into OS. DisplayPort seems dead, HDMI has output but is artefacting. I presume the VRMs are fried.

Can be useful for spares and parts. Don't expect a working "I don't mind the artefacts gaming GPU" because it won't even boot into the OS. Trust me I tried. Both Linux and Windows.

And as for the RGB lighting shown in some pictures, no the gpu doesn't have rgb lighting, that's just my testing rig.
