I ordered a replacement, included in this listing, and it had the exact same issue. So either this model was flawed right out of the factory, or something else is the problem. Either way as I continued investigating it stopped turning on. Maybe I forgot to attach some cable. Maybe I shorted the motherboard. Not sure. Anyways, I gave up on trying to fix it.
