Faulty DDR4 Motherboard, CPU, Ram bundle

All installed components are known to the faulty.

The board turns on without the CPU plugged in, but it refuses to turn on with the CPU. One of the pins is missing, and some were bent. There was an attempted fix of the pins, but it still does not work. Possibly I may have missed something, but it is likely there is a short somewhere in the socket which is what most likely killed the CPU. The ram does not work at all.
